WhatSnap connects real devices to GoHighLevel so teams can reach contacts on iMessage, SMS, and WhatsApp from inside the workflows they already run. Getting that setup right — Lines, routing, tags, and Bridges — is what makes the difference between a demo and a deployment.
As GHL Integrator, you are the person who makes it real for customers. You configure WhatSnap inside their subaccounts, build the workflows, and troubleshoot the edge cases. You sit between the product and the people using it, and your work is the reason it sticks.
What you’ll do
- Configure WhatSnap and LeadConnector inside customer subaccounts — Lines, Bridges, Line Selection, and Tag-Based Routing.
- Build and debug GoHighLevel workflows that route conversations across iMessage, SMS, and WhatsApp correctly.
- Onboard new customers: scope the setup, implement it, and confirm it works against real use cases.
- Diagnose deliverability and routing issues, and document the fixes so they scale.
- Feed recurring friction back to product so the integration keeps getting simpler.
What we’re looking for
- Hands-on experience building inside GoHighLevel — workflows, subaccounts, and integrations.
- A methodical, detail-first approach to configuration and troubleshooting.
- Clear written communication — you can explain a technical setup to a non-technical operator.
- Comfort owning customer-facing implementation work end to end, remotely.
- Patience and curiosity for the messy edge cases where real setups live.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with SMS/messaging deliverability, A2P registration, or carrier restrictions.
- Experience with LeadConnector, Twilio, or other messaging providers.
- A background in agency operations or technical account management.
